Returns & Refunds policy

In case you are unable to participate in a prepaid activity, its value—whether for meals or activities—is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for future events. However, you may transfer your spot to a person of your choice. In that case, the person must contact us directly in order to receive all relevant details about the program they will be joining.

Timely arrival at the designated meeting point is essential so as not to miss part of the activities.

In cases of unforeseen extreme weather conditions that make it impossible for activities to take place, they will be rescheduled. If you are unable to participate in the new schedule, your participation fee will be fully refunded. Transportation and accommodation costs are not reimbursed.
