Marinated wild bulbs, boiled and preserved in olive oil and vinegar.

"Graviera"

Rich and creamy Cretan cheese.

"Vlita"

Tender Cretan wild greens gently boiled and seasoned with olive oil, salt and lemon.

"Kaltsiounia"

Fried handmade pastries filled with cheese and/or herbs.

Greek Salad

Τomatoes, cucumbers, onions, green peppers and creamy mizithra cheese, dressed with olive oil, salt and fresh oregano.

"Tsigariasto with Mizithra cheese"

Slow-cooked goat, gently sautéed in olive oil with wild herbs until tender. Served with mizithra cheese on top.

"Tsigariasto with potato wedges"

Slow-cooked goat, gently sautéed in olive oil with wild herbs until tender. Served with fried wedged potatoes.

"Vrasto with pilafi"

Rice cooked in broth from slow-boiled goat, served with that goat on the side and seasoned with lemon.

Our Wine

Ntamitzana

Our wine experience begins with a walk through the family’s vineyard, where guests can see the grapes up close and learn the story of a local variety that has been cared for across generations. Back at the house, the wine awaits in a traditional barrel – just as it was kept in Cretan homes in the past. Guests are invited to taste it straight from the source, discovering a flavor that is simple, authentic, and full of the character of Kallikratis. Shared around the table, this moment is more than a tasting – it is a glimpse into tradition, where wine has always been part of family, hospitality, and life itself.
